Yes go. The hitting your head is troubling but the getting dizzy and blacking out is a whole other thing entirely.

I haven't read past the rest of the entries, but since I echo with what Laurelin is saying anyways, I figured I would do this.

I first would say it depends on your age and if you have any medical issues, but then again my nieces husband had a heart attack at 26. If you're over thirty you definitely should get to a doctor about it. Other health issues, get to a doctor now.

Otherwise at least call your doctor and maybe have a friend stay with you for awhile. Dizzy, blacking out can be blood sugar, make sure you're eating regularly too, bag of frozen peas for your head.

Well I haven't gone yet, my friend left a bit ago. I guess I should've told her about the fall oops. She had to go to work and David is at work as well. I guess this means I wait it out
