Their dog is dead, they've paid a price. I can't imagine hounding them after the fact, I can't be that cold in this scenario. I'm really surprised they went as far as suspending the officer.

I read it as: Dog A was in own yard, dog B came over and Dog A killed dog b..........*uncrosses eyes* Got it! LOL
