United, Grace was able to get more definitive answers from them than I was, that could be from having done it before and getting ahold of the right department? I don't know, I was getting a funny feeling because the person I was talking to was insinuating Grace could drive all the way there and not be guaranteed a spot on the plane for her... It made me insanely nervous to potentially have her go through all that and not be able to ship her...
