YAY! My grandparents are coming to visit/stay!
We've been talking about this since Carter was born, that they wanted to come up and visit and stay (from New Brunswick) and help us out a little bit. I wouldn't find "help" from many people, but grandma and grandpa are going to be incredible to have stay!
Grandma had said "the end of May" but we hadn't nailed down any time because they've been so busy at home. Tonight she phoned and asked if NEXT WEEKEND would be a good time to come! They'll probably stay with my parents for a few days first, which gives me a little more time to make sure we're all ready at the house. There are SO many things that will need to be taken care of for them to stay! Like a proper bed...and finish our "guest" room. We have a bad, cheap futon at the moment. Not good enough for grandparents. They're going to stay for 2-3 weeks! I'm a bit stressed, but mostly so excited!

YAY! That is awesome! I bet it will be so nice to have two extra sets of hands to help out.
And, it's a good excuse to get the guest room together!
