What is your morning routine?

WEEKDAY

get up @ 6:45
pee.
feed dog.
brush teeth.
take dog out.
wash face.
put on deodorant.
put on body lotion/face moisturizer & sunblock.
fix hair (iron. straighten. products whatever)
put on make up (primer. tinted moisturizer. concealer. blush. mascara)
get dressed.
put dog in crate.
grab apple and fill water bottle.
spray perfume on self.
get on train by 7:00
morning classes 8:00-10:30ish

WEEK-END
Sleep til 9:00
pee
wash face
put on SPF
feed dog
go for run with dog at 10:00
shower
eat breakfast at 12:00
homework

There are days when I mess up and it changes.. but usually, this is it lol

I count myself so lucky that my dog would never dream of waking me up. He is entirely quiet until I ask if he wants to go outside. Then he waits at the door to be let out.

I wish my dogs were that awesome. Shamoo is great, sometimes I have to wake her up actually but the other three... Ugh.

Wake up, grumble that it's too early or too late, get out of bed, get dressed, and head to work, where I grumble that I hate my job and don't want to be there.

During the week -
I may or may not hit the snooze button one or two times.
Let the dogs out to pee.
Feed the dogs.
Go pee while the dogs are eating.
Let the dogs back out to poop and to run crazy laps in the yard.
Brush my teeth.
Wash my face.
Put moisturizer on.
Get dressed.
Put on makeup.
Let dogs back outside to run more laps, or play in the house for a bit.
Crate dogs and go to work.


On the weekend it's pretty much the same except I don't set the alarm unless I've got something to do like agility or run a half-marathon or go look at houses with my realtor, so I wake up whenever I get around to it... and I don't always get dressed and put my makeup on so soon after moisturizing. I might sit around for a while in my pajamas and no makeup for a while. =P

Wake up around 8, take a shower, brush my teeth, get dressed, come downstairs, let chloe go potty, have some water or tea, have some fruit, read a book or check fb/Chaz til lunch time. XD

wake up, take one pain med, and two that have to be taken on empty stomach. Dump spam on Chazhound. Wake up Hyia. Lay down while she gets ready, get her meds. Get her off to school. Let out Neccy, then Victor then pepper. Try to eat something. This morning that was a bust. PUt birdfood in feeder. while taking out dogs. Come in, take meds and supplements that go with food. If the weather is suitable, leash up, if not, lay back down for an hour. AFter that get Patrick next door (he is 2) and he likes to feed the dogs. LEt him feed the dogs and play for about a half hour, then take him back. Call Mother to make sure she is not dead. HEr words, not mine. That concludes my morning.

Rage is odd/getting better (we were at the dog park Saturday & she was COMPLETELY appropriate the entire time...), but she's very anxious, and so is Keena. Keena's been attacked by every dog my boyfriend has previously tried to foster or adopt (I won't say it wasn't her fault once or twice...), but the boyfriend doesn't trust Rage, ever. I feel like he thinks she's the worst dog ever sometimes So mostly it's because he thinks it'll be a disaster... he's been through enough dog fights that I get it, but they don't even like try to sniff each other under the door anymore, they don't seem to care. He was out the other day and I had them both in the yard with me, they were fine... mostly they ignored each other, but if they stiffened at all I just called to one, and they were fine. It's a work in progress, but I'm pretty sure they will be able to co-exist eventually... it's the boyfriend I'm worried about, not so much them

Now that I've written a novel... Chris would LOVE it if you'd take Rage to live with you & Frodo... I'm pretty sure Frodo would murder you in your sleep, though.

Weekdays
4:25 - Alarm goes off
4:40 - Get up, stumble to the bathroom, pee, dress, brush teeth, fix the bump in my hair, put on face lotion
4:50 - Let Mu and Murphy out of our room, stumble downstairs, throw dogs out, make lunch, wash coffee cup, love on Tipper (who Matt releases after Mu and Murph go out), swap Tipper and Mu and love on Mu.
5:00 - Leave for work

I'm really lucky - Matt likes having lots of time in the mornings so he gets up way early and feeds the dogs before he goes to work. Means I can get up essentially right before I have to leave.

Weekends vary a lot - it usually depends on who is annoyed enough to get up at 7:30 when Tipper starts whining.
