Sadly I am back to straight power walking, my knees and lower back were killing me, I mean BRUTAL... I am going to go to a running room and get them to evaluate my "style" because I was told I may be landing wrong?

Having a gait analysis can definitely help. There are a variety of ways people run inappropriately that can hurt various parts of your body. Some people kick out, some people don't bend their knees enough, some people hunch over a lot. Running isn't always as simple as "just run."
Could have to do with the shoes you are in too. I was in the wrong shoe and that was the cause of my shin splints last year. Got in the right shoe this year, NO shin splints, it was amazing.

You definitely need somebody to take a look at what's going on in person and see what can be done to fix it!

Struggling with Week 7. Not because it's hard, because it's not. Not because I can't do it, because I can.

... struggling because I'm sick, and physically exhausted from an entire weekend of Agility.

W7D2 is supposed to be tonight, but I wonder if I should rest one more day and then just start Week 7 over again. Because today I'm STILL feeling run down and tired and sick.

Thoughts?

I'm restarting my coach25K tomorrow! Me and my friend are doing it... we are both off for the summer and figured this would give us something to do

The general rule for running while sick is this: if you're sick above the neck, run anyway. Sick below the neck - especially if your lungs aren't clear! - no run.

I don't see anything wrong with skipping an extra day and either re-starting the week, or just taking the day off and then re-order your runs. There were more times than I'd like to admit that I didn't get two days of rest after my long runs.

Here's a secret... I've run with migraines. I've run with digestive problems. I've run in the snow. I've run in 40+ MPH winds. I've run in heavy rains. I've run through all kinds of pains and ickyness and in all kinds of gross weather.
And I don't really feel like any more of a badass because of it. =P Yes, I'll still run in rain and snow and terrible winds and stuff when it's a question of getting the miles in. But if you're not in an extreme crunch and HAVE to get the miles in every week, I wouldn't worry too much about it. I don't when I'm not training and am just running just to run. Shuffle things around, skip a day here... the world won't end because of it.

Cool - perhaps I'll just bike a bit today, and run tomorrow. I'll walk Talla around town.

It's mostly sinus, but my lungs are all gakky from the dust this weekend.. so I'm coughing a lot and just feel.... tired. :/
