Oh absolutely. Juno is my 2nd boxer - wouldn't have her in the first place if there was any other answer to that question!

A small floofy Lucy-type lap dog? Ahhh maybe in the far future.

There is only one Rosey <3

Probably not. It wouldn't be fair to the dog -- it could never live up to Rosey. Plus, the shedding. Oh god the shedding.

We've always had Labs or herding type dogs.

I would own a Lab again in a heartbeat.

I would also own a herding type dog again...IF it were an English Shepherd. LOL Maybe an Aussie, but it would have to be a pretty good Aussie. I think I'd really like an English Shepherd, because everything I love about Chloe (and Rose, and her momma Brownie) are all English Shepherd traits.

We also had an Alaskan Malamute growing up and I would love to have another dog like her. But, she was fairly atypical for a Malamute (although the same sex dog aggression and food aggression was there, but she was cat friendly, off leash reliable, non destructive, and livestock safe), so I would have to adopt an adult.

Out of my mixes I WILL own a full corgi someday - probably a Cardigan. And I wouldn't be opposed to the right ACD or ACD mix eventually. There's only one Murph though and I really doubt I could find the perfect mix of dogs to make up one of him again. And, while I adore him beyond all measure, the things I look for in a dog have changed considerably since I got him so....I probably wouldn't get either of his supposed parent breeds.

Argon is whippet/basset. I would not own a basset, but a whippet is definitely in the future.

Would I own another coydog? Color me crazy, but probably! Gambit is lots and lots of fun, which makes up for the fact that he's hit the terrible twos and is also lots and lots of PITA right now.

I will never actively seek out a basset, but if the right rescue (read: just like Dais) fell into my lap, I'd be happy.

I will always have Plotts.

To have another English or any other breed of coonhound, it'd have to be a VERY special dog.

The Plotts:
UKC GRCH 'PR' Hannas Creek Liz
FCH CH CCH CA 'PR' Jebb's Bayou Rage
OFA Hips: Good
2010 & 2015 UKC Coonhound World Show Qualified

Midnight Brindle Bombshell - "Pink"
UKC GRCH CCH 'PR' Skyplott Teddy Bearhug (5/2004 - 3/2014)

And the "off-colored" hounds:
'PR' Dead River K-N-A Swagger (English coonhound)
Daisy Duke Garrett CGC, RA & my <3 dog. Forever "The Favorite", 5/25/2000 - 2/9/2015 (basset)

I could possibly see myself with a stafford somewhere in the future.I really love the breed, I'm just not sure if they are the breed I want for my next dog considering I'd really like to avoid DA if possible. Other than that, they are wonderful and Id have one in a heartbeat.

An Abby/chi/mutt? Oh goodness no! There can only be one lol. I'll never own a dog quite like her I think.

My GSD is only a puppy but I'm so crazy about her temperament (unlike any pup I've ever had) I'm already thinking of breeders/imports I like for many, many years ahead! So that would be a resounding yes. Maybe as she grows up I'll change my mind, but I've been in love with this breed for so long I sincerely doubt it.
And though Lucy is no longer with me, yes, I will have a chihuahua again, but never ever in a rural area like this again. Only if I live in the city or at least a suburban area.
And Millie. . .Millie is a one and only.

I could very easily see getting another Belgian; not sure which flavor I'd want the next time. It depends on where I am in terms of my health, energy level, commitment to dog-sports, location, and so on when it's time to get another dog.

Another Zobby? Lord help us.
