Just a "Thank You" for all the vibes y'all have sent Renegade. He is doing much better, other than a few minor things that are likely caused by lack of oxygen to the brain when he died, and will likely be permanent. Oh well, he always has been my special boy, now he's just a little more special (Please excuse the horrid photos, I'm lazy)

Harley would also like to say Thank You for making sure her brother was alright, even though he may be annoying at times.

I really am too, we're just getting to the point lately that we're really starting to bond (I have always loved him, but I've only started enjoying him the last year or so), and the thought of losing him so soon frightened me

All the support has been amazing, seriously <3 It was **** scary for a week or so, and my family just doesn't talk about stuff like that. So many things going through my mind... like it was too soon, I just lost Rascal, how will I live without a ferret that steals my shoelaces?, what about Harley? How would she do as a single (which she has NEVER been before) until I could bring myself to get another, etc.

The main changes are that he has a swaddle to his walk, as his back legs lost a LOT of muscle and just aren't all that strong, and his energy level. Unfortunately, there is a (sadly fairly high, at this point) chance that the decreased energy level is due to advanced cancer. I, however, cannot even begin to think about dealing with that, so I'm putting off crossing that bridge until after his current medication is done (we'll be halfway done on Tuesday)
