Default Heartworm removal surgery (video)

Graphic warning, do not click if squeamish.

I posted this here because I can't embed a video in the health section, not sure if I'm the only one who would find this disturbing, gross, and fascinating.

Mods, feel free to move this to another section is this is not okay. Thanks!

WOW, very fasinating, but also very gross. Thank God I am not squeamish. Thats alot of freaking worms in that poor dog, and they are massive. Yesh!

Im so thankful we don't have heart worms here.

I'm not watching it, not at work. LOL. I'm grossed out by the thought, but I'm also curious, so I'll have to watch it at home.

Glad I just gave her Keeva her Heartgard yesterday. *gag*

So cool! But also sad, for $4 they could've prevented it.

It isn't always preventable. There were plenty of dogs in my old area that ended up with heartworms while on Heartgard and other medications.

Thanks for sharing the video. It's sad, but neat.
