Red face Guess the dog breed! (Cutey I met in the park)

Met this cute dog today in the park, his name was Romeo. We were in the picnic seat area and he came over to me.
I know nothing about dog breed's so I was thinking he was some sort of sheep/cattle type dog.
Quite small actaully not like the normal collie size, also he seemed to have had a tail docked(not sure if that helps)

He was so into my treats that I gave in and went over the owner and asked if he could do any tricks and if he could have some treats.Luckily he said yes and me and my sister taught him sit, paw, down, over AND spin in under 30 mins!God,it was really fun to work with a dog that was SO into working out what I wanted him to do! Poor Coco I had hoped she could learn from watching Romeo what to do to get a treat but she refuses to roll on concrete and the "spin" idea is lost on her!

Looks like an Aussie or a mini aussie depending on size.

Looks like an australian shepherd to me
North American Shepherds (otherwise known as "Miniature Australian shepherds" depending on where you are or who you talk to lol) are quite popular in some places, so depending on size he could be a mini

Either way, he is cute as a button

I agree with Laur and Fran. Definitely looks like an Aussie to me, especially if you say his tail is docked (or naturally bobbed). If he's that small a "mini" Aussie most likely.
He's really adorable and I love his coloring.
