Default Things that aren't as easy as they used to be

Oh man... Here I sit with an icy hot patch on my shoulder.

Why, you may ask?

Because for some reason I thought I could still do cartwheels LOL turns out... I can't

Lol I hear ya. These things were so much easier when I was a kid.

Another example... We went to a place here filled with various bounce houses. The kids were zooming through them like nothing while me and the other parents were falling all over the place and hudfing and puffing trying to get through it lol

Ha! I couldn't turn a decent cartwheel when I was young - I know better than to try it now! Kudos (and another ice pack) for trying it!

On my birthday last year (with the help of liquid courage) I believed I could still do the splits. I also believed I could do them quickly and on concrete floor. I went down hard on my left thumb. To this day, nearly a year later, it hurts pretty good to put any pressure on it (like if I were to try to crack my knuckles, I would not try with that thumb) and it no longer moves as freely as my other thumb. Whoops!

They won't allow anybody over like 8 in bounce houses here

I find it's not as easy to be carded at a restaurant.
