Hello Everyone
Hey!
I am Nick, my fiance and I stumbled across this forum when looking up dog sites. We are preparing to be doggy parents in June of this year, after doing a good amount of research we decided on a Border Collie. Technically, I am from Queensland, AU but at the moment I am in the states with my soon to be wife. We have a little bit of dog knowledge on our side but we are here to learn more before our new furbaby comes home. Looking forward to what I can learn here with my fiance, and to meet everyone.

what exciting news...Being new doggy parents is a great thing, i love border collies, they are such beautiful dogs. Do you know if your getting a male or female?

We don't know yet, my fiance has been talking to the breeder quite a bit. I know she wants a male, and since this puppy is what I promised her a year ago I am game for whatever makes her happy. She is jus excited that we are finally taking that next step and getting the puppy. Our deposit is down, and they are due mid-april... so now it is a waiting game.
