In your shoes I'd look into homecooked - same carb-free option but without the pathogen risk.

my favorite basic raw fed website (this really helped me get started)
http://www.rawdogranch.com/rawfeeding.html I do all kinds of meat/protein sources in one meal. I aim for "balance over time" and have stopped trying so hard to get the perfect percentages every meal lol and it has worked for us! |
