Wow. Can't say I'm suprised at all, and sadly, I think this kind of show would also get good ratings here in the US.

Oh, I'm sure it would. I'm not surprised it gets good ratings. . . I'm surprised that anyone, anywhere, would have the horrifically poor taste and disrespect for human dignity to produce it. Or risk the condemnation that producing it would bring.

Of course, I said that last night to Mike and he pointed out . . . "It is China you know . . . "

Tragically, he had a point.

Isn't that show somewhat like the prison shows here that pop up everywhere? Some of them do focus on death row inmates.

It's tasteless nonetheless.
