I used some in my stuffed bell pepper last night. They were delicious! You can tell it isn't rice but it's a wonderful alternative. Just thought I'd share

I hadn't seen this, but we were at the store the other day and saw a box of vegetable macaroni and cheese. I was curious, so I read the ingredients. The pasta was made out of cauliflower. I'd like to try it at some point and see how it compares.

Cauliflower is a really great alternative for lots of things! I really like cauliflower "mashed potatoes"

I guess if you don't like cauliflower to begin with though, you probably won't be to fond of the faux creations, LOL

This! I'm not doing low carb anymore and I still prefer the cauliflower mash to mashed potatoes. Its great with cheese.

I am not sure a person can not like cauliflower, lol. It pretty much takes on the taste of whatever you flavor it with. You can hardley tell its not rice in those bell peppers. I don't like raw cauliflower.

I've never tried cauliflower but I saw that cauliflower rice on Pinterest a while back... I want to try it. I've heard cauliflower smells when you cook it though... did it smell when you did this?

I like cauliflower well enough, have happily eaten it for years. It does nothing for me as fauztatoes or pretend rice, or anything else people try to make cauliflower be. I eat it with cheese like broccoli, or raw with dip.

I have never noticed much smell when cooking cauliflower.

I would love to try the cauli rice. Though I really don't like the mashed cauliflower.. to me its nothing like mashed potatoes. I tried all sorts of things. That said I do like cauliflower as it is.

I cannot even stomach the word of cauliflower, muchess the taste and texture. It looks too much like brains.

I've used the squash spaghetti noodles before. They were yummo!
