Tomorrow's the day
At 9:45 am, we meet with the pediatric surgeon to discuss the surgery to remove this tumor on Carson's leg. As a mom, I hate the thought of my son, who's just 3 1/2, undergoing surgery and having to deal with a tumor that may or may not be benign.
Now that it's nighttime, my anxiety has kicked in quadruple-time. And while I'm at it, I'll let y'all know that I have a cervical biopsy scheduled for this coming Wednesdsy. I've gone against my doctor and put this off until after the Disney trip, but the time has arrived to face this head-on. Until now, just Renee knew some of my personal health issues, but I can use all the prayers and good thoughts I can get.
