This is definitely great news. Despite supposedly being banned, APBTs and their mixes are probably one of the most common breeds of dog in my area LOL Really, it seemed to affect the homeless APBTs more than anything - many shelters wouldn't or couldn't place them because of the laws or had to ensure that adopters were home owners with proper insurance.
