Excessive barking.
Diarrhea on the floor. When Daisy licks her feminine area, she makes these really loud slurping/snorting/lapping sounds and its SO. GROSS. And in regards to shelter work, I HATE it when they poop and then proceed to jump all around in it, flinging it everywhere. Then you don't only have to scrub the floor of the run, you have to scrub the walls, the chain link, and the door too, sometimes using the hand brush to get the hard-to-reach areas. I also hate fence-fighting. Drives me bonkers. But then they melt into your arms and/or snurfle your hair (which tickles and makes me giggle) and you forgive them.

Their life span. That's the worst.
The poop. Emma likes to eat hair and gets clingers quite often (ick). The licking sound. Tucker's name tag doesn't say "licker problem" for nothing!

It also kind of sucks when you have to watch them grow old and by that I mean like my cocker who was sound until like 14 and then started to really decline in the last year. It was heartbreaking...
...but I would not trade the rest of the time for the world

I'm also neutral about picking up poop... It's just something that has to be done LOL.
The only thing I really dislike (and it's not a huge dislike) is having to wake up early. Especially in summer since my guys are double coated and I have to get them exercised before it gets too hot out. But since I make sure to exercise them plenty during the days, they usually let me sleep in every once and a while

Dealing with other people because of my dogs, having to justify what I feed, how I train, etc.
Dog poop, worrying about them getting loose, etc. I dislike that where I live doesn't have a lot of resources for dog owners.
