Nickname/Preferred name: Erin

Occupation: Sophomore in college, Medical Biology major.

Age: 20

About your dog(s): Tucker- 1.5 year old Chihuahua mix we adopted from TN when he was a puppy. He's super affectionate, very perky and excitable, and really fun. My mother got him for herself but he will be mine once I live somewhere that I can have a dog.

Interests: Dogs, cats, any pets really (love learning about the small critters too!), reading, TV, Boston Bruins (hockey), gardening.

Favorite music: Can't think of a specific band/person that is my favorite but I like listening to oldies quite a bit lol.

Favorite book: I'm really not sure. In fifth grade we read The Giver and it was the first book I ever loved, but I don't know if I can consider it my favorite since it's a kid's book and I haven't read it since 5th grade. I tend to like dystopias, end of the world/starting over type books a lot. I also enjoy fantasy books like Harry Potter and the Lord of the Rings series.

I'm leaving out the last two because I can't think of anything

Me and Tucker on Christmas morning:

Nickname/Preferred name: Cristy

Occupation: Part time employee of a no-kill shelter. That means I get up at the buttcrack of dawn to pick up dog poop.

Age: 29

About your dog(s): Technically, I have no dogs right now *sadface* My lab Daisy (fear aggressive food-stealing butthead) is now my parents' dog because she's much happier living with them in their big house and big yard than being crammed in my little apartment with my roommates. I do live with my roommate's little Pomeranian Miles who I help take care of, so I still get to pet a dog and hang out with a dog, but he's not my dog. Oh, and I have two guinea pigs.

Interests: Dogs, learning about other animals, reading, writing poetry, the Internet, and various nerdy things.

Favorite music: mostly alternative rock, but I like other things here and there. My favorite band is Blue October.

Favorite book: My favorite author is Dean Koontz. But one of my favorite books is A Little Princess. I brought it with me when I moved. It was read over and over and its kinda wrinkled. I just love the story, and the message that all girls are beautiful.

Favorite quote: I don't know what my very favorite quote would be, but one of the quotes I really like is in my siggie.

Random fact: I collect stamps, pins, and key chains. I love the water. I have a large book collection (most of which is still in my book closet at my parents' house since there is nowhere to put it here) including a large collection of ghost/scary stories. I love Star Trek (TNG and Voyager), roleplaying and anime. I'm a nerd and proud of it!

Random picture of me and Brooklyn the bull terrier who was at FOHA (rescue I work for and volunteer for) for about three seconds, lol.
