Hopefully, he will actually get that money . . .
But my next question is . . . we don't know if any jail employees were reprimanded or fired? Well, that would be a start . . .however, how about CRIMINAL CHARGES?? Edit: Of course, it will be the county taxpayers that pay that judgment. Not that I think it shouldn't be paid . . . but when there's no criminal charges, civil immunity, and not even a reprimand . . . what incentive do they have NOT to throw people in solitary and forget about them?
