It's ridiculous how fast she picked this up. We probably had the bare bones entire sequence in 5 or 6 sessions. Ahh the joys of a clicker savvy dog.
I'm so impressed!!

Loving all the videos! Quinn is sooo awesome! I'll have to take out the video and tape Jackson. I attempted backing up the stairs today and it was so funny - he seriously has NO idea those back legs of his are there, now I know what you're talking about lol. The furthest we got was having him have his front legs on one step, and the bottom legs on the above step. Then he would move the front legs to the same step as the back legs. lol. So we're going to keep working on that!

He's doing excellent with moonwalk! Picking up very fast what I want him to do and he was sooo excited to do it today. I think it's going to be one of his favorite tricks once we get it down. He does about three little slides backwards so far but I'd like to get him doing it for longer.

Good Lord people. I wish I were a more adept trainer lol. The fact that my dog knows how to do anything is a miracle. Trick training is always a disaster lol.

I've tried getting her to target with her back feet but she doesn't get it, she'll go backward but if she feels anything behind her she steps around it. Which is ridiculous to me cuz she normally has no problem stomping over anything.

Well, I had a hard time getting Crawl on video because it involves a lot of moving forward, so it was hard to keep him in view. So instead, I started training something else.

I hope you like his balls because you're going to see a lot of them. And if you manage to watch this whole long video, you deserve a cookie. Or one of Zoom's cupcakes.

Everyone has such awesome, entertaining dogs. I laughed when Quinn hip checked Poppy out of the way in the beginning of the video.

I definitely have some new ideas for tricks now. Pig actually accidentally went up the stairs backwards last week. I was trying to get her to target a step with her back feet and she just kept going up the steps. She kinda crabs her way up sideways, maybe I'll continue to work on it to get her straighter.

This is an old trick of hers, but I'm looking to get rid of the piano soon so I thought I might as well get a video of her using it first.

LOL - oh my goodness. Playing the piano is completely adorable.

I wanted to buy one of those kid mini ones at one point for Jackson but again, something I never got around to.

These are a majority of Jackson's tricks, from last April. There's been a few since then that aren't included. But most are there.

Ok both of these skills are very much still in process, but I have a growing series of video for both, so figured I'd add them here. I also have them posted on fb and they've generated some great discussions!

Aeri - freeshaping "challenge" (trying to clean up my shaping technique as I've slipped into a lot of luring with her since she works differently than any of the others), goal is two paws on the flower pot.

Session 1: http://youtu.be/oudlyjk8r-E

Session 2: http://youtu.be/HcK9wo84UWo

Session 3: http://youtu.be/pHlytLOcgsY

All unedited, no training between sessions.

Snipe - shaping handstand skills, goal is a full handstand but for these videos I was working on just two rear feet targeting the platform.

Session 2: http://youtu.be/G4QdcBVTqfo

Session 3: http://youtu.be/wEinG-Hc0o8

Again, unedited and no training in between.
