Vibes for my gramma?
Yesterday my gramma fell and more or less crushed her hip in the process, then she laid on the floor for three hours before someone found her.
 She had to have emergency surgery, so although what she really needs is a hip replacement, she was bleeding too much and had too much damage inside to just go ahead and replace it. So they just had to repair it the best they could. Vibes that she heals up quickly?Too give everyone an idea of what my gramma is like, she was in so much pain today (I rushed back up to PA and went to see her) that she was almost crying and all she was worried about was telling me where my birthday present was. This is what she got me. I almost cried when I saw it, it's a little handbag that she had custom made for me and it's just perfect.

. Didn't she just have her hip replaced, too, or something? I hope she's feeling better quick

Thank you so much everyone. I'm extremely thankful that my boss is so awesome. She found out what happened and not only was it not a problem, but she drove two hours so that I would only be an hour away from my boyfriend so he could get me for work. I almost cried, because it was just such a nice to do. I'm glad to be surrounded by good people.

My grandmother was so precious to me, and my heart ached alot when she fell ill herself. My best wishes and prayers to you and yours for a quick and full recovery <3

My Mother just went through this and a depression rolled in right along with it that took even longer than the hip to heal. All kinds of vibes for your Grandmother from us.
Really suggest the life alert button. My Mom wears hers and didn't have to wait very long at all when she fell. Every senior that lives alone or even if they don't, should have one.
