I am trying to get a form to work on a website I made, and I can't get it to function properly.

Here's the form:

Are the form titles correct in the HTML?

You're missing some case sensitivity here:
$Saddress = $_POST['saddress'];
and here:
Zip: $Zip";

Also, Address: $Sadress - you're missing the second d.

Missing the ";" here: $phone = $_POST['phone']


Try that... see what (if any) error message it gives you then...

I just need to tweak a few things and then it should work completely.
