What a great group! Totally my type lol, I'm a big fan of herding breeds and man have I ever been tempted by Cardis lately. I LOVE Brit and Pixel, they're both just beautiful.

Thanks for the nice welcome! I am looking forward to getting to know you guys!

@SaraB- I didn't have Boone as a puppy, so don't have any advice for bringing home a baby Pyr Shep, but I will tell you that just like any other puppy socialise, socialise, socialise. Teach the dog to trust you 100%, and to look at you for guidance. I think Pyr Sheps have a very strong "flight" response- which can cause trouble later on. If I were to ever get a Pyr Shep puppy (but I'm not planning to) I would treat it just like any other puppy, and double the socialising.
