The moroccan soup has tons of butter, but I'm certain you can eliminate a lot of that. Except for the herb topping... you could use a low fat spread or even mix it in some yoguhrt or something.
I love my soup bible!! Surprisingly my boyfriend bought it for me for Xmas.. I think he knows me better than I do.
