If he's a good weight then its moot dogs need what they need.

I am just surprised in general how much people feed their dogs. Mine eat like nothing (and they are thin but not skinny... as I pointed out in the weight thread I like my dogs to have a bit of reserves..)

I think I shall pet them all and tell them I appreciate their frugal digestive systems

aww Fozzie eats less than Jackson Not including prey model raw in this, which varies way too much as far as types of meat & calories. In general, Fozzie eats 1/2 lb and Gonzo eats atleast 1 lb of raw.

I've lowered Jackson's food to 2/3 cup per day on the Acana -- he looked like he was a bit chubbier, hardly by a lot, but to ME, it seemed he was. He seems satisfied with it. I have been giving him 1/3 cup in the AM and 1/3 cup in the PM, both mixed with a small spoonful of Weruva wet.

Uno gets 10 oz per meal of raw, so 20 oz a day total , hes 60 lbs

My parents dachshund eats 3/4 of cup of NV instinct a day, hes 22 lbs.
