She claims to have seen a boy in a black sweatshirt who was poking sticks at the dog - that boy had a baseball with him at the time." And some people still feel safe leaving their dogs outside alone for prolonged periods of time. :'( This makes me sick, just sick.

Yeah, people can be sickos. We don't leave our dogs outside unattended, but a long time ago, the dog I got my user name from (Charlie, obviously lol) used to chase people down the street, (before I knew better
 ) so thankfully people tend to stay away from our fence.

That's absolutely horrifying and disgusting.
And this is why I'm terrified to leave my dogs outside unattended.
