Hey I remember that lol. My mom once made a comment, that turned into an inside joke between me and a friend... "quick, get off the internet, I need to call the cable guy to turn me on!" God that would be so annoying now.

Back when everyone got so excited when a new version of AOL came out.

I *just* got rid of AOL.... um, not even 6 months ago. Yes, apparently I live under a rock. Really, I just live in the country and they just started up high speed internet out here, our two choices were AOL or HughsNet (about $80/month).

So yeah, I remember those awesome modem noises and the frigging aol guy saying "GOODBYE!" after someone calls and knocks me off of the internet. Do you know how many times I cussed him out? He deserved it, he is a sarcastic b@stard!!! Fun times.

I want a rocker with a cushion... I was ten years out of high school before personal computers made their appearance at work. I think it was the Mac SE with a postage size screen.

I thought a lot of people were older than me, or older than I thought they were.

This poll made me depressed. lol

I don't get on here often these days.... But wow most of you are young!!!! I will say most posters here post in such a mature way it's hard to guess ages without hints about school etc!

I need a rocker too based on the average age.. LOL

I turned 38 this fall!!!

Though I will say, because I married and had kids so young (Not in all the proper order LOL) many presume I am older, I have a 21 year old married daughter, a 20 year old son, a Grandbaby and have now been married over 20 years.. So I understand why many think I am older, I should be to be honest... LOL
