Around here it would be hard to find non grass fed beef. I am surrounded by cattle farms lol. And they roam the fields all summer. Our grocery stores often pride themselves in selling local beef. Chicken can be hit or miss and I think its pretty much all non free range unless you specifically pay extra for that.
