New Quaker Parrot!
Since bringing our white winged parakeets last fall DH and I have been biten by the bird bug and have toyed with the idea of getting another bird. I went to an exotic animal sale yesterday, just planning to look, but they had young, just weaned Quaker parrots and DH gave me me the OK to get one.
We have named him (maybe, it's not sexed) "Yoda," and he is settling into his cage. Unfortunately, he can't be near Pickles and Kiwi right now as he has to be quarantined. We are super excited about our new feathered buddy!
