Are you looking for bread with or without yeast? Slow rising, are you putting it in the oven right away?

White bread always gets beat out by brown or whole grain. Any amount of the others will contaminate your white bread.

Dogs however are a totally different matter. But breeding mixed breed dogs solely to get a colour is as silly as talking about breeding bread...

How about sour dough?

It's white, but is delicious! Maybe some poppy seeds for darker pigmentation. You don't want your puppies to get sunburnt
