awww, thats cute.
One of my cats used to try and play with your feet if you locked her out. It was a really small bathroom and whenever anyone went in....she would bat her little paws under the door over and meow meow meow for attention. The horror of a shut door

LOL! Never a dull moment with Mia around, is there!
We don't have enough clearance under the door to shove toys, but my cats will do the feet-under-the-door thing if they feel they've been wrongfully shut out of the bathroom.
