I have some clipper blades that I really need to send off to be sharpened, but I'm not sure who I should send them off to. I don't really know about any blade sharpening companies. So any recommendations?

Drop by a groom shop and ask who they use locally, usually they have his number on hand. I use a guy from a couple towns over who sharpens them on the spot. No waiting for mail, cheaper than the mail order places and he does a fantastic job.

BTW no matter how tempted you might be to see how sharp he gets them... do not test with your finger when he's done. lol I saw a groomer take off the tip of a finger once when she stated... that doesn't look sharp.
A guy really skilled at his craft will get your blades far sharper than the manufacturer ever could. |
