Man... that really sucks.

I'm so sorry- that story nearly has me at tears. God, kudos to you for not killing her... I know it must be hard to control all that anger.

I just... I mean that's absolutely terrible. Know that Chief loved you and cared about you- that's why when he felt you were in danger, he protected you.

I'm so sorry about that... it's so hard... to even fathom such heartlessness from your aunt. It makes me very angry really...

Know this; what goes around comes around. Good luck.

And RIP Chief- you were a great dog. You're in a better place now.

Oh, oh, how awful. You've been on my mind a lot lately. I was afraid your aunt was going to cause something awful for you. I remember all the things she was doing to you and had done in the past. You do realize that if she ever grabs you again or physically assaults you in any way you should call the police and report it as a domestic abuse incident.

Just know that Chief will be waiting for you on the Other Side. One day, when the time is right, another dog will wander into your life and you will look in its eyes and know that Chief has sent that one to you to be your friend, guide and companion.

You don't bear the blame in this . . . your aunt does and your parents do for allowing someone like her into your life and for believing her even though they know what kind of person she is. Remember too that kharma will find your aunt . . .

"Karma's gonna get you..."

Sing that every time you walk past your aunt and see if it makes her squirm. Better yet, ask your parents if they are going to PTS you since you have to keep defending yourself from your aunt. I'm sorry, but what happened is absolute horse hockey, and you need to have one serious talk with your parents.

That is just absolutly terrible what happened! Just know that some day, your aunt is going to get what's coming to her and you will one day be reunited with Chief. And what Renee said about Chief sending another dog your way one day.

I am so sorry Invisible!! Poor sweet Chief !! It is NOT your fault, it is your aunt's!! She shouldn't have grabbed you - she has no right to touch you aggressively. My dogs get protective if anyonee grabs me angrily, too.
No touchy.
