Springfield Ohio, Failed Shelter
ASPCA | February 25, 2011
ASPCA workers removed 349 live dogs in varying condition and 76 dead ones from One More Chance Rescue and Adoption. Very, very sad. Kudos to the vets and the Ohio State University for stepping in to assist.

Awful......which means nearby agencies and shelters are going to be overburdened.

Many of them already are, many rescues just took in a lot of dogs from a really bad hoarding case in Medina
