The cat you posted is a Russian Blue.

Actually I believe this is a blue British Shorthair - Russian Blues have green eyes and more slender faces.

Yeah, the breed is either:

British Shorthair (blue color)

or Chartreux.

Russian Blues are long, elegant cats rather than round



A Chartreux is somewhat rounder



The cat you've pictured does look most like a blue British Shorthair.

Some of them have more jowl...


lol I'm pretty sure it is a blue British Shorthair as well but Chartreux are cool and quite similar so I thought I'd throw them out there.

I really prefer the Chartreux to the British Shorthair, Xandra Notice how the Chartreux' nose isn't quite as smushy? Smushy faced cats have never appealed to me at all for some reason.

Oh, and by the way, the OP is on a lengthy list as a known spammer

Yeah my favorites are all foreign type. Siamese (though not the extreme ones), Egyptian Maus, Abyssinians... love them. Of the three blue cats mentioned Russian blues are my favorite.

Chartreux have cool fur though. It's super plush.

Too bad the OP is a spammer.
