Default 2/52 : Everything is Black and White

Since some of us had some trouble last week with all of the perfect dogs on Chaz who can do no wrong () I decided to make this week's theme a little more wide open. The dog's don't have to be doing anything in particular, but they can still be super creative!

So let's see some black and white dogs!! (and for those of you with Border Collie's, the whole picture has to be in black and white, not just the dog! )

This week's challenge will end on Friday, January 14th!!

Happy Shooting!!

Great theme! I encourage everyone to really focus on the darks/lights and composition of their photos. Black & White is really challenging to nail well.

I have an idea of what I'm going to do! I can't wait! I'll be (hopefully) posting my picture later today.

Yes! This shouldn't just be taking a picture and making it black and white! LOL or at least it's not going to be for me.

It's been forever since I've done anything in black and white, should be interesting.

Is there a way to TAKE a picture in black and white on today's cameras? I didn't even know that.

ETA: I don't think the d40 does that.
