I would hope not in a kennel That is Dangerous. I seriously doubt anyone with your lack of knowledge is employed by the humane society and if they do I am scared to think how the dogs are cared for. On top of that any humane society who suggests chokes or prongs to JQP is a JOKE and needs to be looked into.

I use a limited slip collar on Ivan. Its by white pine outfitters.
White Pine Outfitters - Soft Web Collars

Not only is it a limited slip, but its adjustable. Ivan has had his since he was 8 weeks old (hes now 5 1/2). I never had to go out and buy a bunch of different collars and its still in good shape. And they are reasonably priced. they also have nice leads to match the collars that are very comfortable to hold onto.

Have you ever even seen a martingale collar?
Properly fitted, they aren't able to tighten enough to choke a dog. And they don't have pointy links to jab into a fearful dog's neck.

This forum is for everyone. You don't own, or control it. To have to resort to belittling and name calling shows that you have a severe psychological problem. You are painfully insecure. Your IQ is in the single digits. You don't have the mentality of navel lint.

You want to inflect what you have been called on others, hence the term TROLL.

You are not, nor will you ever be an authority on dogs. Indeed, I have forgotten more about dogs than you will ever know. So you take yourself and your shriveled up little soul, tuck your tail between your legs, and crawl back under that rock you stuck your slimy little head out of.

Amid all the angsty angst the bolded word cracked me up!

pssst...I don't think this forum is for everyone, btw. It is for sincere dog lovers. I'm thinking that leaves you out

I would love for you to come prove how much knowledge you have on my Shepherd Mix and my high drive APBT. Dont blame me when they dont give a high opinion of your "knowledge"

I don't need the Minion to defend the Troll. Keep patting yourselves on the back, because nobody else will. Oh, and BTW, I feel sorry for the dogs you have. Your dog won't even come to you unless you yell TREAT....and even then he even has to think about it.
