Thanks again folks!
Here is a pic of my birthday dinner  Mucho Macho Fajitas. Steak, Chicken, Shrimp and fall-off-the-bone ribs on a bed of grilled onions and peppers with potato wedges and a jalapeño. I'm gonna be stuffed for a month.
