Talking Advice on cut

So I need some advice on how to get Emme clipped.

Its starting to get cold out and it has snowed some outside and her hair is getting a little too long to handle.

My mom would like to get her shaved, but I think thats a bad idea as its getting winter outside and Emme likes to spend alot of her time outside playing, but I have no idea if a groomer can do shorter with out shaving it all off, because we would always just get our Bouves shaved in the summer and let it grow out for the winter.

Plus she still has a puppy coat and its just starting to wave and curl so I dont want it to get totally butchered

We need short on the feet as she is in and out all the time.

Last time we got her a puppy clip they did a terrible job, just washed, brushed, clipped her face a little, did her legs a little. We asked her to do a sanitary clip and they did not even do that. So were taking her to a groomer who knows what she is doing and has awards under her belt and she has stripped Teagan and did an amazing job

Here are some pictures, I have no idea how hard it would be for a groomer to do?

A groomer shouldn't have a hard time shortening without shaving. It's done in poodles frequently. Since she has a puppy coat, it might not look quite as polished as it would on an adult dog due to different hair textures and such, but should still be able to be done. Just be specific in what you want

I agree with Grab. Has she been groomed before? (not sure if your talking about her or teagens bad groom) Dont expect a perfect clip, as puppies can and will be difficult lol

I love the grey/silver ones cut. but once it gets wet from snow the "fluff" to it will die out.

Take pictures with you, if her puppy coat isn't to unmanagable the photos you attached are easily done. Many times stripping the dog down is done when matting is too excessive to comb out.
