Useless Hounds

I got up to get a drink about 10 minutes ago. Reach into the fridge to get my soda and I see a dark shadow. Its a big fing mouse. Call Jeremy and the hounds bring the hounds in mouse doesnt produce that second and they walk off to go to sleep. Im standing on top of my table and they go to sleep Useless freaking hound dogs Muchless the greyhound he didnt even come to his call.

There is still a mouse in my house or he escaped somewhere. This is the first and only mouse we have seen and we have no clue how he got in.

I will not be sleeping tonight. But the dogs will.

Now if it was a mouse-sized spider or something, then I'd sympathize.

Phoebe would be all over it for you! It's about time for a mouse or two to come inside since it's getting colder, but I'll tell you they don't come out where Phoebe can reach them! She'll paw/whine at the door to the utility closet, or paw/whine by the buffet table (there's an old vent there which leads to the utility closet and the winter mice use it as a freeway ) but if they come anywhere she might have a chance to reach them...........they are D.E.A.D

FTR, Orson would probably have been with Sis sleeping and not wanting to leave the warm bed for a crazy lady on the table

I didnt know exactly what it was when I got on the table and then I saw LOL At first I couldnt tell if it was a rat or a mouse. This made a field mouse look like a bite to eat. Plus there are all kinds of hiding places in my kitchen LOL. We went to bed not knowing where it was because it went into one of those hiding spots and then went *poof*.

Ended up I sat on the table spotting it for J LOL.

Tell Jeremy if you had an APBT there wouldn't be any rats in the house -- at least not for more than a few seconds.
