Hi
My name is Simon and I'm the proud owner of an American akita he's 16 weeks old and is learning fast he has just finished puppy classes and about to start formal obedience training. He is a great dog and already very gentle around my small children but he does have a stubborn streak. here is a pic

Akita
It is always a pleasure to meet another Akita owner. They are somewhat stubborn but good that you have him in obedience. My 2 akita girls are retired to the couch and chasing possums and any other varmint that would enter there fenced in yard.
