Default Work in Progress

I haven't drawn in a long time but I did this yesterday and it turned out pretty good. I am going to try shading and coloring it today. If it looks decent I am going to try submitting it to the image bank at furry paws.

This is the photo I used as a reference:

This is my drawing:

Here it is as lineart:

I may adjust his back feet. They look funny to me. Also have to give him a nose and mouth.

WOW! These are amazing!! I just noticed this post and it was already on the 15th page, but I went all the way back to the beginning and looked at every person's post!! lol I REALLY like the one, I forgot what page it was on, but of a yawning dog! That was adorable! As well as everyone else's

Hmm. Ive gotta draw a pic of Sprout! He is SO hard though, because he has fur going in every which direction lol. Ill try and post later though!

I LOVE line drawings, especially of someone as interesting in form as Toby! Good work I hope you do more!!!!!

The yawning dog was Shyeow's. That sketch is a favorite of mine as well.

Here is a drawing I did today, it took me five to ten minutes (I finally fixed my scanner so Beware I live for drawing)!

Default another work in progress

This isn't a dog but I thought I'd share it anyway. It's going to be a red panda.

A slump actually means a good thing is happening you just have to work your way through it so slumps count too. I think a slump is really where your mind has made a jump and what you did before that looked right but wasn't is now clear to you. Then all you hve to do is adjust until it is right . I like your drawings a lot. I think you are on to something and maybe are aware of that too!

Nicely balanced. I use to like to make continual line drawings. I haven't done that in a long time, maybe you have inspired me
