Quincy Is Lost (Chaz vibes needed)

When mine went missing for a couple of days, we found him at 11:00 at night. It waS Quiet out, and we went out calling him, and he came walking up to us like no big deal.

Still no sign of him . I have a bad feeling someonem has taken him. Its well known in this neighborhood any unattended purebred animal is fair game. Which is why I have always been vigilant about keeping my cats indoor only and never leave the dogs outside unattended. Its kinda shady around here when it comes to loose animals.

He does have a microchip and had a collar (breakable) and tags on.

Post lost posters around the neighborhood? Even go door to door (if it's safe in your neighborhood...from the sounds of it, it might not be).

Maybe whoever has him just hasn't been able to take him to a vet to get scanned for a chip, seeing as it's Sunday.

We did knock on all the doors on the street. Those who answered hadent seen him.

I have posted a couple times on craigslist and other classified sites. I really hope if someone has him they return him

Gomer was gone a week before he came home. I think he was too spooked to come when we were calling him. We found him under a porch, and had to crawl under to get him.

Still no sign of him . Im still posting on craigslist and im still looking for him. But nothing . Only thing I hope is that someone took him and is taking care of him. I can't stand to imagine worse things that could have happened.

Our neighbor's elderly persian got out last winter, and we're in an area of hungry coyotes. Everybody was combing the neighborhood looking for Oliver for days. Then he just turned up out of nowhere two weeks later. She was soooo happy.

Cats are usually pretty good at finding a dry warm place to hunker down and then make their way back home again. I hope you find him soon!

Edit: I'd call all the vets in your city and tell them about Quincy, or bring a poster for the staff. Let them know he is lost, and you suspect he might have been stolen in case someone brings in a new persian cat client that looks like him. That way they can scan for a chip. Since you said his health isn't too great, someone who took him in might need to bring him to the vet at some point.

Sorry he's still gone

On a bright note, when my mom was a kid one of their cats went missing. 10 years later he showed up again. Cats are odd.
