Whats to answer? I NEVER go out and seek animals, if that's what you mean. Animals in need have ways of finding me, and I don't have the heart to turn them down unless I can't take care of them. I was turning rats down for a while, cause I thought my 8 were plenty for me to handle, I can never litter box train my boys! But I have had a few oldies pass away, and I had room to allow a few more boys into the house!

If Nolu would have read my reintro thread I did, she would see I got my TWO ferrets a few months ago.

Maybe now people can stop being so judgmental and do what dog forums are all about! Which is sharing information, experiences, and of course pictures! Not nagging, and being rude, and being harsh, and bashing..and looking for every little thing they can find to start debates and arguments.
It was a question, why get so defensive if you're not concerned about it? Seriously, if you take care of your critters, good for you, but just saying that and not getting all pissy about it is probably enough, you're fueling your own fire.

Two pages, and one actual comment on the reason of this thread. Nobody sees anything wrong with that? lol.

I'm going to go to bed, and read whatever new comments pop up in defense of the attacker tomorrow when I have time at work.

Just out of curiosity...why don't you re-home them once you've provided them proper vet care and ensured they are healthy and such?

Why does it matter to you? I take great care of my animals as anyone who has been to my house would tell you. My pets are none of your business. If I choose to post pics every now and then I don't need someone bashing on me.

No comment is better than a rude, snobby comment.

You act like you are better then everyone, and it gets very old after a while.
It wasn't rude, in my opinion, and I did try to phrase it in a polite way.

I was asking because the topic of the new puppy and other new animals has come up several times in chat and I insisted that you told me last year you were at your limit and had enough. I could be mistaken, but I remember having that conversation like a year ago with you. So I decided to actually ask for myself. Nowhere did I imply your animals aren't being taken care of or that I'm better than you.

If you think I'm rude, tough luck. I am rude a lot. I wasn't rude to you though, I was polite and asked a question that I wanted to know the answer to. A relevant question since we've talked about your animals before and now you suddenly have a bunch more.

Didn't see the thread. As it says below. . . I'm not stalking you.

And Punky, it actually was a question. Since I considered you a friend. Apparently I was mistaken.

If I was going to start interrogating I'd do my research and go through all your old threads.

The only person I see being rude here is you, so, I'm just going to leave this thread alone. If you're being that defensive and angry over a simple question that you apparently can't answer, it's not worth my time.

Because there is nobody to rehome them here. Cats are everywhere here, absolutely everywhere. We have to ship them to other cities and states to get them adopted!

And rats are not wanted in my area, only a small handful of people like them.

And what makes you think I haven't? Ive adopted many animals out after taking them in and rehabilitating them. (Rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, mice, hamsters, cats even.

i actually don't have a bunch more. Ive had up to 30 rats before..I have 7 now. I dont have rabbits, guinea pigs like I used to have before their rehoming (Which wasn't me getting rid of them, they were taken in to rehome once they were spayed/neutered and a good home was found). My mom has a new puppy, we have also lost a couple dogs due to old age. And I have three new young rats.

Maybe I should just put MY animals in my sig.
