Uni's
So Dierk still has a retained testicle. He is aprox 4 months. The breeder says he can feal it, so we know its not in his abdomen, but it hasnt dropped.
What are your opinions on it being a genetic thing? No males in his 3 gen pedigree have had it and this is a first for the breeder.

i usually give it till 6 months he may just be a late bloomer.
females can carry it too so naything on moms side?

I know of a collie who didn't drop until 7 months. He got neutered anyway because he was going to a pet/working home, but I don't think I'd worry too much until after 6.

I, too, wouldn't worry till he's older. Blaze's didn't drop till about 5 months IIRC.
