DISCLAIMER
Each driver is specifically instructed on the safest way to transport our passengers, and precautions are taken to help prevent escape. However, should an escape happen during transport, neither I nor the drivers will be held responsible. Know that I and the driver will everything in our power to help locate and safely retrieve the animal.

Furthermore, I make no guarantees on the health of our passengers and can only trust what I’m told by the sending party. ALL passengers are required to travel with a health certificate, which should indicate that a licensed veterinarian has certified the animal is healthy enough to travel. If a dog does end up ill during transit (to include overnight stays) and an emergency trip to a veterinarian is necessary, it will be understood that the receiving rescue is liable for all vet expenses incurred. In cases where rescues are sending to adoptive homes, the sending rescue will be liable for all vet expenses incurred. I strongly urge that both sending and receiving parties sign a transfer of ownership agreement PRIOR to transport to eliminate any misunderstandings as to who is responsible should this occur. NOTE: I must be notified prior to any visits to a veterinarian. Vet expenses incurred without prior approval will be the responsibility of the driver and/or overnighter.
