Default Help me pick out an outfit please! meeting the parents *pictures included*

SO..its time to meet the parents. DUM DUM DUMMMMMM lol I want to make a good impression and I was doing a dry run of some outfits tonight and I snapped some pictures. Figured I would ask what you guys thought!

Number one.. The typical. Jeans and a Tshirt combo. The shirt has a clock on it that says "11:11 I wished for you by the way". Yellow converse just to add a bit of color

Number two. A lil dressier but one of my favorite combos. The dress is cotton, very flowy, the leggins are sweater material (very warm) and the mary janes are really short heeled and comfy

Number three. really going all out lol My white eyelet dress, leggings and heels. otherwise known as the "goody two shoes" outfit lol

Number four. a white tunic with white leggings and blueish flats. I would throw on a cardigan over this

ANY INPUT, IDEAS, FAVORITES, ADVICE or anything please do share even if you have an idea for a mix & match

what would you expect to see on your sons girlfriend when they came to visit to have brunch?

#2, not too formal, but not so summery like #3 and 4...I always find the jeans and a t-shirt to be under-dressed to make a good impression. By the way, #4 is cute, but way too short for a parent meeting, lol.

Is it for a basic dinner, casual hang out with snacks, formal dinner...?

What's the occasion?

I like the jeans and t shirt. Do you have maybe a nice sweater or a bit dressier top?

I don't know why but I'm just not a fan one the white leggings lol

I am with Sparks - do you have a dressy top you could wear with the jeans and some nice flats?

When I first met my boyfriend's parents, I was very casual because I was just over for a visist anyway and they came home lol. I wouldn't balk at being casual unless you have been invited for a nice dinner or something

Do you have white leggings that perhaps don't go over your feet, that are a bit more like this?

If so I would go with the blue and those. For some reason I'm not a big fan of them under the shoes.

thats the thing, I have no idea. they are being really vague.
First it was brunch, and now its dinner...

Ugh and of course the boyfriend is NO HELP. Hes like "I dunno.. clothes."
hes wearing a dress shirt and black pants.. So I dont wanna show up in jeans.

I also have those sweater leggings in black and grey..

Oh and zoe yes I do. thats a good idea

Yeah I like Zoe's idea.

I think the white ones just look too much like panty hose type leggings rather than pants so with a short top or dress it looks like you are just wearing a short dress and not a short dress over tights if that makes sense

What about the blue dress over the jeans? It doesn't look too terribly long so I bet you could pull it off. Then wear those little kitten heels with the jeans?
