The old thread is well..old. lol and pretty outdated so I figured we needed a new one for the new year!

Very stuck up little brat and very stuborn but I lurvs her more then anything... SHe thinks she is About 200 lbs of solid muscle and can Protect me from anything..  I always like these threads - some people are exactly how I picture them!!  others are the opposite, and I'm always surprised by the ages (older & younger)!  Glad to see an updated one!

Occupation(s): Vet Tech student currently on vacation/receptionist/kennel hand Dog: Cocoa, currently on vacation with Dana being spoiled rotten. Miss her terribly, but she's in such great hands. I'm afraid she might not even want to leave eventually! Lol. I recently had to make the painful decision to send Marq, my [former] english pointer, back to his breeder. I've had many other dogs in my life - grew up in a whole pack of dogs, had many dogs I trained in agility, obedience, and conformation. Interest: everything dog and animal rescue. Rescue is my absolute passion and I am my best when I'm helping animals. Other than that, I really enjoy dog training - agility, obedience and rally. Favorite music: contemporary christian. listen to it all year round and never turn to any other radio station. That said, I do like some country music (love songs, faith songs, but not stuff like "honkey tonk".. I like clean, not-vulgar stuff.), and I love a lot of older music. Jackson Brown, Bruce Springstein are just two that come to mind right now, but I was really into the older tunes a few years back. Book: Jodi Picoult for fiction, anything to do with positive dog training, No Kill Nation, Vaccine Safety Manual by Niel Miller Quote: Too many. I keep a whole word doc on my computer full of inspirational quotes. Favorite ones usually almost always have to do with love, faith and happiness.

And my moms dogs who I live with as well Dagget,Elliot(9 year old red dachshunds), Reese(4 year old mini red dachshund),Jannah(5 year old mini red dachshund),Charlotte(6 year old chi/JRT mix), and Peanut(13+ year old chi mix who we have had 6 years). Then me and my mom share 17 cats, though some are more mine than hers and vise versa. And I have 2 ferrets, 5 rats, 2 turtles, and several fish tanks that are my responsibility.
