You should look into clickertraining. Cats learn very quickly and retain behaviors well ![]() Good looking cat you have there.

I'm going to read up on clickertraining, since I admittedly know little (nothing) about it. I've seen it demonstrated on tv with a horse, but never considered it for my cat.

both my cats are trained with markers (clickers). Probably similar to what you are doing already and don't know it. Iam assuming when the cat does what you want you are saying "good" or som' other word and then rewarding the cat? Clicker training is a more precise and excelerated version of that.
